EMPLOYER'S SELF SERVICE
Below are the steps to gain access to the ALICO Employer Self-Service (ESS) system:

Complete a user login request form for each user requesting access.
Please insure the “User's Manager or Company Officer” and “User” sign the request form.
The ALICO sponsoring manager will insure the policies set forth in ALICO Internet usage and Electronic Communications Policy are being adhered to for all new users.

Complete the user spreadsheet with supplemental user information.

Forward all signed, scanned documents to ESS_support@amalgamatedlife.com.

The system administrator will notify each user of their user id and password.

After receiving your user id and password, click here to log into the Employer Self Serve application.
